Collection Kits
We provide sample collection kits to assure you get everything you need to work with your patients.

Immunoassay Screen
We deploy an immunoassay screen to determine the presence of even trace amounts of substances in all major drug classes including: Amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine, cannabinoids, cocaine metabolite, methadone metabolite, opiate, oxycodone, phencyclidine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

Confirmation Tests
We perform confirmation tests on all positive and inconsistent negative screening results. This gives you the authority to unambiguously identify and quantify all substances present in the specimen. We can also verify whether prescribed medications are present.
Quality Testing:
At EDL, we pride ourselves the highest quality instrumentation leading the industry. Using the AB Sciex 4500 for LC/MS Confirmation and the Beckman Coulter AU 680 for screening and testing, you can be confident you are getting the most reliable results.

FAQs
Do you offer onsite collection support?
If your office does an average of 30 samples a week, we will put a collection person on site and train them to use our software. This will streamline your process and give you more time to do focus on your practice.
What is your turn around time?
Our typical turn around time is 48 hours, but we promise your results within 72 hours. However, if you need results quickly even in 24 hours, you can call your team member to get that handled. This is one of the many benefits of working with a Mississippi based lab that is driven to provide exceptional customer service.
